When using VIP Girlfriend, you are consenting to these terms as well as any additional terms we may publish on our website. Please review them carefully and reach out if you have any inquiries. For details regarding our data handling practices, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy, which includes our Cookies Policy. We collect and utilize your information in accordance with these policies.
Age Requirements
To register an account, you must provide accurate information.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join a creator's membership as a customer.
You are accountable for all activities that take place while someone is logged into your account and for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us promptly.
User Responsibilities
You are accountable for all activities conducted on your account. Violations of our policies may result in termination of your account.
Please refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, abusive behavior towards others, or exploiting our platform in technical ways.
For further details, refer to our Security Policy, which addresses most concerns. However, should you devise new and harmful methods to undermine VIP Girlfriend, we reserve the right to take preventive measures.
User Subscriptions and Transactions
This section outlines the terms that apply to transactions on our platform.
All prices are listed in USD. Payments exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate. If you reside in the EU, VAT will be included in the total amount during the setup of your initial membership subscription.
Subscriptions: To access model content, you must 'Subscribe' on the relevant model's profile. By doing so, you authorize us and our subsidiaries to provide your payment card details to a third-party payment provider for subscription processing. All payments will be in USD. Please note that your payment card provider may impose currency conversion fees. We do not control these rates or charges and will not be responsible for any fees imposed by your provider or bank.
Our payment provider will process periodic payments for your subscriptions and immediate payments for other transactions (including wallet credits or tips) using the payment card details you provided.
Except for free-trial subscriptions, all subscriptions to a model's profile will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. You can opt out of auto-renewal by disabling the "Auto-Renew" switch on the model's profile. If you wish to stop your subscription and avoid further charges, you must turn off this switch.
If you cancel a subscription, you'll retain access to the model's content until the end of the subscription period. After that, no further payments will be charged unless you choose to renew your subscription. You will lose access to the model's content upon cancellation.
Please refrain from making unjustified refund or chargeback requests for any transactions or tips. If we determine that such requests are made in bad faith, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your user account.
Wallet Credits: You can prepay an amount on VIP Girlfriend (known as "Wallet Credits") for pay-per-view payments. Please note that purchases cannot be split; if you attempt a purchase exceeding your remaining Wallet Credits, your payment card will be charged the full amount. Wallet Credits are subject to a maximum limit set by us. Interest does not accrue on Wallet Credits, and they are non-refundable, meaning unused credits cannot be refunded.
Pay per View: Our PPV service allows you to purchase access to specific content for a one-time fee. The content available for purchase will be clearly indicated on our platform along with the associated fee.By initiating a PPV transaction, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
Compliance with Economic Sanctions
As a U.S.-based company operating internationally, we adhere to economic sanctions and trade restrictions, such as those enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Consequently, VIP Girlfriend refrains from engaging in transactions involving restricted individuals, locations, or goods as outlined by OFAC.
Continuous Improvement and Testing
We are committed to enhancing VIP Girlfriend through ongoing feature testing. This includes adding, removing, and testing features with a random subset of our user base. If a feature significantly deviates from our terms, we provide clear explanations during testing.
System Outages, Slowdowns, and Capacity Limitations
There may be occasions when accessing or communicating with the Platform via the Internet or other electronic wireless services becomes challenging due to factors such as high Internet traffic, transmission issues, systems capacity limitations, or related problems. It is important to note that any computer system or electronic device—whether owned by you, your Internet service provider, or us—can experience unforeseen outages, slowdowns, or capacity limitations.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by such issues.
Security Disclaimer
We provide no warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the security of the Platform, including the potential for unauthorized interception or access to information transmitted through it. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, safeguarding the confidentiality of your account login information, and monitoring all activities conducted under your account. We bear no responsibility for any losses resulting from device loss or theft, the compromise of transmitted or stored information, or the unauthorized use of your device by individuals you have granted access to. Should you detect any unauthorized use of the Platform, please promptly notify us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section below.
For enhanced security, the Platform may require identity authentication to verify your identity during use. We reserve the right (though not obligated) to monitor your Platform usage and investigate and/or take appropriate action if you violate these Terms or relevant laws.
Third-Party Permissions
With your consent, we may enable third-party websites or services to verify details or perform actions on your behalf within VIP Girlfriend. This permission is requested when linking your account to external platforms and is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Account Deactivation
You have the option to deactivate your account, and we reserve the right to disable it at our discretion.
Should you choose to permanently delete your account, you can do so by contacting us at any time. Additionally, we retain the authority to terminate or suspend your account whenever necessary. This includes the ability to cancel any active membership subscriptions and remove associated content or benefits as deemed appropriate.
You agree not to pursue legal action against us for the suspension or termination of another user's account, and you waive any such claims. Should you attempt to file such a claim, you are accountable for any resulting damages, including legal expenses.
These terms remain valid even after your account has been deactivated.
Intellectual Property
The content and assets created by VIP Girlfriend are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This includes elements such as text displayed on the site, our logo, and our underlying codebase.
We provide you with a license to utilize our logo and other copyrighted or trademarked materials for the promotion of your VIP Girlfriend page. However, you are not permitted to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, or create derivative works from our creations without obtaining explicit written permission from us.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any losses, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from these terms or stemming from your use of VIP Girlfriend. We retain the exclusive right to control the defense of any claim covered by this provision. In the event that we exercise this right, you agree to assist us in our defense.
Your indemnification obligation under this clause extends to our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers.
Legal
Warranty Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure VIP Girlfriend functions as intended, unforeseen issues may arise. VIP Girlfriend is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranty of any kind.
The warranty disclaimers outlined in this clause also extend to our subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of financial loss resulting from the use of VIP Girlfriend, any compensation is limited to the amount earned by us through your use of VIP Girlfriend.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from these terms or your use of VIP Girlfriend. Our liability for damages, to the extent permitted by law, is capped at the amount earned through your use of VIP Girlfriend. We explicitly disclaim liability for losses related to unmet benefits and losses stemming from conflicting contractual agreements.
For the purposes of this clause, "we" and "our" encompass our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to reach out to us directly if you encounter any issues. In the event that a dispute arises from these terms or in connection with your use of VIP Girlfriend and cannot be resolved through initial communication, it must be settled through arbitration.
Arbitration proceedings will be administered by JAMS in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, unless specified otherwise. Any judgment resulting from arbitration may be entered in a court with jurisdiction. Arbitration is limited to individual disputes; no class arbitrations or group proceedings are permitted. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
For creators and customers who are consumers, we adhere to the JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness for consumer arbitrations under these terms. If any part of these terms fails to comply with consumer standards, that specific portion will be excluded from these terms for arbitration purposes.
This clause does not restrict either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court with jurisdiction for disputes related to intellectual property, proprietary data, or to enforce this dispute resolution clause. This includes refraining from asserting claims regarding the suspension or termination of another person's account. In such actions, the court—not an arbitrator—will determine the arbitrability of the claim and whether the party is entitled to the requested injunctive or equitable relief.
Governing Law
All disputes with us must be resolved in Jackson City, Wyoming, under the laws of Wyoming.
These terms, along with all other VIP Girlfriend policies, are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of a lawsuit, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
These terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent necessary for enforcement. If modification is not feasible, the provision will be severed, and all other provisions will remain valid. Failure by either party to enforce any rights under these terms does not waive the ability to enforce those rights in the future.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies periodically. If we make significant changes that negatively impact your rights, we will notify you before the changes take effect. By continuing to use VIP Girlfriend after such changes, you indicate acceptance of the revised terms or policies.
These terms constitute an agreement with AMS Consulting LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 12652, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Effective Date
These terms are effective immediately for users joining VIP Girlfriend on or after April 13, 2024.
